Pippin is a musical that invites you into a wild, bold journey of a young prince named Pippin who longs for more than a safe life in his father’s shadow. Pippin searches for his purpose by testing the extremes: he tries war and power, pleasures and romance, only to find that each new thrill leaves him still wanting. Along the way he encounters warlords, court intrigue, a compelling widow and her son, and a series of dazzling performances that blur reality and stagecraft. We meet Giselle, a gentle peasant girl whose joy comes alive through dancing, and Albrecht, a nobleman who disguises himself as a villager to win her affection. Their connection grows during the lively grape harvest, filled with music, celebration, and the warmth of village life. Act Two moves into a world ruled by the Wilis, spirits of young women who died with broken hearts.
